Does your warranty cover broken blade tips?Updated 7 months ago

No, we do not replace knives due to broken tips.  Broken knife blade tips are caused by prying, twisting, or dropping onto a hard surface, normal cutting does not break blade tips.  Per our warranty page

Off-Grid Knives warranty does not cover knife damage either mechanical or physical damage caused by prying, abuse, misuse, loss, confiscation, stolen, improper handling, damage from dropping, alterations, accident, neglect, disassembly, metal on metal blade damage or chipped against metal or improper sharpening.

Do not use your knife as a screwdriver, can opener, bottle opener, pry bar, or any prying of any kind. This includes zip ties and cutting thick plastic which usually involves prying and twisting, zip ties and thick plastic are knife tip/blade edge killers, for zip ties use heavy-duty scissors or a cable tie removal tool.  Do not use your knife as a chisel or punch. A broken blade tip is caused by prying, this is the number one reason a knife tip breaks.   If your knife tip does break, we assume this was caused by prying, and this is not covered under the warranty.
