LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT

Register Your Off-Grid Knives Product Here:

If your Off-Grid product fails to function as intended, we will inspect its condition upon return. If we identify a defect in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product with the same model or one of equal value, at no cost to you. If the knife is discontinued and qualifies for warranty, we will offer a replacement of a current model of equal value. A verified order number is required.

What the Warranty Covers:
Off-Grid Knives products are designed for cutting purposes only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, including prying, abuse, improper sharpening, or using the knife for tasks other than cutting. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Using the knife as a screwdriver, can opener, bottle opener, pry bar, or chisel
  • Damage from cutting zip ties, cutting metal wires, thick plastic, prying
  • Throwing the knife or using it for purposes other than cutting
  • Sharpening on a power grinding wheel
  • Broken or chipped blades from improper use (e.g., prying)

Small Chips and Maintenance:
Minor blade chipping, or "micro-chipping," is not covered by warranty. These small chips can be removed by sharpening. We recommend visiting a local sharpening service, a mobile sharpener, or using Knife Aid mail service.

Stripped Screws:
Stripped screws resulting from user disassembly are not covered under the warranty. However, if needed, we can provide replacement screws upon request.

Responsibility for Delivery:
Off-Grid Knives is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation or if there is photographic evidence of delivery.

Authorized Sellers:
Off-Grid Knives’ warranty is only valid for products purchased through authorized sellers: Amazon (Off-Grid Knives store) and offgridknives.com. Products purchased from second-hand dealers, including eBay or other third-party platforms, are not covered under the warranty. You must provide a valid order number for any warranty assistance.

Discontinued Products:
If a discontinued product qualifies for a warranty claim, we will attempt to locate a replacement. If not available, we may offer a lightly used knife in good condition or a 20% discount on a new purchase.

Pocket Clips and Spare Parts:
Broken pocket clips are not covered under warranty but can be purchased separately here. If the clip or spare parts for a discontinued knife are unavailable, we will offer a 20% discount on our website.

Blade Coating:
Off-Grid features DLC, PVD, or Titanium Nitride coatings to enhance durability and corrosion resistance. Over time, normal use may cause the coating to wear, which is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty.

Note: Off-Grid Knives does not provide sharpening or cleaning services.
