Off-Grid is currently shipping to Canada only. All Canada orders will be charged for shipping costs at check out. Canadian orders do not qualify free shipping. All purchases from Canada assume you agree to the following international shipping conditions:
International Customer Conditions:
- Pay all shipping fees
- Pay any taxes and duties on all shipments
- Products sometimes ship from different warehouses, if you have a multiple product order, you may have to pay taxes and duties on each shipment. (We are unable to know if your products will ship from different locations) The buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
- If items get lost, stolen, or seized by customs, we are not accountable and will not offer a refund.
- Understand their own/carry laws in their country and have proper permits where applicable.
- Pay all shipping fees for returns & exchanges, as well as warranty work.
Please note that we do not falsify customs documents. We will list exact items and exact values by national and federal laws. If you believe that your items will be seized at customs when labeled appropriately, we urge you to carefully consider this, as Off-Grid Knives is not responsible for customs issues.
