Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused products when requested within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be approved before shipping. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

The fastest way to request a return is through your Off-Grid Knives account:

  1. Log into your Off-Grid Knives account

  2. Click Orders

  3. Select the order containing the item you’d like to return

  4. Click the Return link on the far right

  5. Complete the return request form

Please allow up to 3 business days for approval. If approved, you’ll receive an email with next steps and, in most cases, a prepaid return shipping label.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be brand new and unused

  • Original manufacturer packaging must be included

  • Products must be returned with proper protection and secure packaging

You are responsible for safely packing your return. Shipping boxes must be strong enough to support the weight of the contents. If packaging is insufficient and products fall out or are damaged during transit, we cannot issue a refund.

We recommend using a sturdy shipping box for items over 1 lb, proper shipping tape, and bubble wrap around product boxes.

Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus:

  • Return shipping label cost

  • Restocking fee

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Used products

  • Damaged product boxes

  • Missing packaging


Important Notes

  • Used items are not eligible for standard returns

  • Products showing wear or usage may be denied or may incur additional fees

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment


Email Return Requests (If Needed)

If you’re unable to submit a return through your account, please email us with the following information:

  1. Order Number

  2. Product Name and/or Model Number

  3. Quantity Purchased and Quantity to Return

  4. Reason for Return (please be detailed)

  5. Condition (example: New with original box, New without box, Used, Defective, Wrong item)

  6. Any additional comments
