First, Google your tracking number which will tell you an estimated delivery date, or search your email for your shipping tracking confirmation from Off-Grid. 

• Orders under $99 will pay a flat standard shipping charge of $9, your order will ship via Standard Shipping, 7-9 business days.
• Orders over $99 will receive free Standard Shipping.
• If you ordered on a Friday after 5:00est, your order will ship on the following business day.
• *Transit delays are common and are out of our control, please be patient as the tracking will stall sometimes and will update as soon as it gets scanned as the package moves through the system.
