When will my order be delivered?

First, Google your tracking number which will tell you an estimated delivery date, or search your email for your shipping tracking confirmation from Off-Grid.

Is it free shipping to Canada?

No, we only offer free shipping to US buyers with orders over $99. If your shipping address is in Canada, you will be charged for shipping when you check out. Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping to Canada. All other countries you must use a forwarding company, or ship to a friend in the United States and have them forward it to you. Canadian orders will pay for shipping at checkout, and Canadian orders do not quali

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. If you spend over $99 you will received free standard shipping. If you spend under $99, you will pay a flat standard shipping fee of $9. Standard shipping takes 7-9 business days.

What shipping companies do you use?

Our warehouses choose the shipping carrier depending on your location. UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, GLS and Doordash. (Yes, Doordash is now delivering non-food online products.)

Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?

When you check out, you can pay via PayPal, or we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When the order is placed, we do an authorization to verify that the funds are available and the billing and shipping addresses are verified. O
